CTCA Anywhere® brings expert cancer care closer to you, when and where you need it. We understand it’s not always possible to travel to the hospital for every appointment, so we designed our telehealth services to make it easy to get support along your cancer journey, and to stay connected with our expert team. Log in for quick, simple, secure access to nutritional consultations, genetic counseling and remote appointments with key members of our care team, such as genetic counselors and other supportive care providers.

Nutrition and Wellness helps you to stay connected with your nutrition team at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA). Our services help restore digestive health and prevent malnutrition. Our goal is to help you stay strong and nourished throughout treatment.


Clinical Genetics allows you to stay connected with our genetics team. The precision medicine team at CTCA® is staffed with experts trained to deliver cancer genetics education and counseling tailored to each patient.

See Your Specialist allows you to connect your CTCA care team without having to travel for your care. This virtual service offers you access to your doctors and clinicians for services such as post-surgical follow-up.

Ask an Expert is a simple and convenient way to connect with our team of experts. Patients may access services such as pre-treatment consultations, naturopathic support and mind-body medicine, to help them improve quality of life and manage side effects.

How it works

  1. Download our iOS or Android mobile app or visit our website.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Log in with your username and password.
  4. Choose a service.
  5. Choose a provider from the list on the next page.
  6. Provide the intake information requested by your virtual provider.
  7. You and your provider participate in a visit via two-way video conference.
  8. When you and your provider have completed the visit, click “end visit.”
  9. Notes taken by the provider to summarize the visit will be emailed to you via a secure connection.

Hours and availability

Because our providers divide their time between the hospitals and outpatient care centers, our virtual visits are available by appointment only. Our specially trained telehealth schedulers will work with you to find an appointment time that is convenient for you. Appointments will be scheduled during typical office hours.

Where can I use CTCA Anywhere?

CTCA Anywhere may be used from any location that offers a Wi-Fi connection.* It’s helpful when your doctor’s office is closed, you’re too sick or busy to see someone in person, or when you’re unable to travel for routine appointments.

Who are the providers on CTCA Anywhere?

The clinical services offered on CTCA Anywhere are provided by CTCA, a national network of hospitals and outpatient care centers specializing in treating adult patients with cancer.

Our experts:

  • Are U.S. board-certified, licensed and credentialed professionals
  • Treat only cancer, offering them a level of experience gained from working exclusively with cancer patients
  • Have published bio profiles, so you may read about their educational background and clinical experience
  • Are oncology-trained doctors with expertise in their field

Can my spouse or other family members watch my CTCA Anywhere visit?

Anyone in your family who wants access to your CTCA Anywhere visit may receive a link to join.

How can I enable text reminders?

  1. Within the CTCA Anywhere app, click “More” on the icon bar at the bottom of the screen, and then select “My Preferences.”
  2. Within My Preferences, click on "Appointment Text Reminders.”
  3. Within Appointment Text Reminders, turn on text reminders.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Open the CTCA Anywhere app and click “Need help logging in?”
  2. Provide information to verify your account.
  3. Open the email from CTCA Anywhere and click “Reset my Password.”
  4. A new window in your internet browser will automatically open. Set a new password.
  5. The page will create a pop-up that redirects to the CTCA Anywhere app.
  6. Enter your email address and new password within the CTCA Anywhere app.
