At Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), we recognize how important maintaining a healthy, well-balanced diet is to the healing process. Each of our five hospitals has a modern, self-service dining room that offers delicious and nutritious meals at affordable prices.

Our executive chefs and culinary teams work closely with our registered dietitians to provide a wide variety of food choices and nutritious meals. Options include freshly made entrees, a salad bar and other fresh vegetable choices, as well as whole grains, seasonal fruits and homemade soups. Throughout your stay, the culinary team will do everything possible to accommodate your special requests and changing food preferences.

The culinary teams at CTCA® include a broad range of experienced professionals who make it a priority to constantly develop new recipes using organic and low-preservative ingredients that are packed with vitamins and minerals. We also offer sugar-free and/or low-fat selections and a variety of protein powders, shakes and smoothies.

We understand that cancer and treatments like chemotherapy may affect your taste buds. Whenever possible, our culinary teams use seasonings and other ingredients intended to be pleasing to your changing palette. Our teams want you to enjoy food just as you did prior to your cancer diagnosis.

Our dining rooms are bright, open and comfortable, enabling you and your caregivers and/or family members to enjoy meals together.

Our cafés offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours and selections vary at each of our five hospital locations.
