About Me: Walter Chang, M.D., is a board-certified anesthesiologist dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based and compassionate care. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, where he also served as chief resident. Now an assistant clinical professor at City of Hope^® Cancer Center Duarte, Dr. Chang has developed extensive expertise in caring for some of the institution’s most complex surgical oncology patients at its Duarte campus, ensuring they feel supported and safe throughout their treatment journey.
