Pulmonologist
A lifelong learner with a passion for pulmonary medicine that stems from the field’s complexity and constant innovation, Steve Tseng, D.O., is a pulmonologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte and a physician who is dedicated to whole-person, compassionate care.
A specialist in pulmonary and critical care medicine, Dr. Tseng has extensive experience managing issues including interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, advanced obstructive lung disease and alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, as well as caring for lung transplant patients. Before joining City of Hope, he practiced privately in the San Gabriel Valley. His research includes a published case study in the journal Chest. During his time as chief fellow at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, he was honored as a Banner Health Hero by the Banner Health Foundation.
Dr. Tseng enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching movies. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Dodgers, Lakers, and UCLA athletics.
