About Me

Sheena Hill-Dilla joined City of Hope in January 2022. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the City of Hope Phoenix, Hill-Dilla is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides psychopharmacological interventions and psychotherapy to patients with all types and stages of cancer.

Hill-Dilla is passionate about delivering quality care for mental health needs and strives to provide patients with safe and comprehensive care. She demonstrates this commitment not just by staying up to date on the latest trends and treatments through her membership in the American Nurses Association and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, but also in her approach to patient-focused, empathetic care.

“I was drawn to City of Hope because of the culture of compassion, the respect stakeholders have for one another and our patients, and the incredible teamwork in every department,” she says.

Hill-Dilla earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Brookline College in Phoenix, Arizona, then graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, with a Bachelor of Science in nursing before going on to receive her Master of Science in nursing from the same university. Additionally, she received a Post-Master’s Degree from Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.

Before joining City of Hope, Hill-Dilla gained experience in a wide variety of clinical settings throughout her 10-plus-year career, including in the emergency room, hospice, community-based clinic, anesthesia care unit and as an air transport nurse and mental health services provider using telehealth technologies.

Outside of City of Hope, Hill-Dilla enjoys traveling with her family, exploring different cuisines and learning new languages.
Patient ratings
Star ratings and comments are only available for medical, radiation and gynecologic oncologists. Gynecologic surgical offerings are not included at this time due to a different survey tool required to evaluate these services. CTCA uses a validated Press Ganey® survey, which captures patient experience feedback for the primary oncology services of chemotherapy and radiation therapy at our comprehensive care and research centers. Following industry best practice, star ratings and comments are only published for physicians with a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys.
