This philosophy is central to the work of Sharonlin Bhardwaj, M.D., a medical oncologist at City of Hope^® Cancer Center Duarte. Dr. Bhardwaj specializes in caring for women diagnosed with breast cancer and is committed to building close relationships with her patients and their families so that they have the education and support they need during and after treatment.

Dr. Bhardwaj believes in a collaborative approach to care, ensuring her patients benefit from the expertise of a multidisciplinary team of cancer experts. Before completing advanced training in hematology and oncology, Dr. Bhardwaj was an assistant clinical professor of hospital medicine at New York University. Outside of work, she enjoys jogging, yoga, and boxing, as well as painting and crafting.

"This was my first visit with Dr Bhardwaj and Im very pleased with her demeanor , care and attention to detail. She preemptively addressed my questions and concerns without my asking. It was very clear that she knew my medical records and history and was prepared and willing to help me understand my treatment and explained treatment options. She addressed all of my questions with care and provided details around my diagnosis and treatment overall."
