A member of City of Hope Chicago’s Rapid Lung Nodule Diagnosis Program, she is also pursuing training in tumor debulking procedures and placing endobronchial valves.
Dr. Chaudry’s medical training began with a joint bachelor’s degree program in medicine and surgery at Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. She then completed a residency in general surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a residency in internal medicine at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois, before going on to complete a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals and Clinics in Milwaukee. Prior to joining City of Hope, she held several positions as a nocturnist and a pulmonary and critical care medicine physician in the Chicago area.
Dr. Chaudry is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. She has received recognition for her work, including the Harry Kurz, MD, Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching and the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association Rotating Resident Merit Award.
