Medical Oncologist
Sabrina Hardy, M.D., is a medical oncologist serving patients at City of Hope® Thousand Oaks City of Hope and Simi Valley. Dr. Hardy believes in guiding patients through their cancer journey with compassion, finding the right treatment plan for them based on communication and teamwork, and maintaining a lasting relationship with both patients and their caregivers.
Inspired to pursue a career in oncology by her mother’s experiences with breast cancer, Dr. Hardy earned her medical degree in her native Poland at Poznan University of Medical Sciences. She went on to complete her residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she created a High Value Care Curriculum to improve quality of care and was honored as the “most academic resident.” She continued her training with a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Hardy is an active physician-scholar who has published on topics ranging from genetic therapies for breast cancer to pancreatic islet cell transplantation.
