Philip G. Pearson, M.D., is a board-certified urologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte. He specializes in using the latest surgical techniques to treat a wide range of urologic disorders, including prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancer, as well as incontinence, erectile dysfunction and enlarged prostate. Dr. Pearson has been caring for patients in the Los Angeles area since 2007, before which he ran a successful private practice in Seattle.
Dr. Pearson earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, then returned to his undergraduate institution, the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, to complete his residency in urology.
Dr. Pearson is actively involved in research and education and has written and collaborated on a number of peer-reviewed publications in the field of urology.
