About Me

Naveen Gupta, M.D., is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist at City of Hope® Upland. With more than 45 years’ experience treating patients in the Upland area, Dr. Gupta has expertise in a wide range of cancers, including breast, colon, lung, prostate and kidney cancer, as well as blood disorders including leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma. 

Dr. Gupta is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and is known for his deep commitment to patient care, having been recognized for his dedication to clinical excellence. He was named a “Favorite Physician” by staff and colleagues at San Antonio Community Hospital in 2008 and has been featured in several national guides, such as the “Consumer Guide to Best Doctors” and “America’s Top Physicians” from 2000 through 2018. He has also served as president of the hospital’s medical staff and served on its Board of Trustees and Foundation. 

Dr. Gupta believes in treating each patient with kindness and respect and in recommending the most effective care plan for their condition.
