Medical Oncologist and Hematologist
Natasha Garg, D.O., M.S., is a medical oncologist and hematologist serving patients at City of Hope® Upland. Dr. Garg sees it as a privilege to work with and support patients and caregivers throughout the cancer journeys, and she is inspired every day by the lasting connections she makes with her patients.
Dr. Garg began her academic career at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She earned her medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada, before completing an internship and residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California. Her hematology/oncology fellowship took place at Northwell Health/North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, both just outside New York City.
With a strong research background in cancers of the digestive system and throat, Dr. Garg is also a scholar-clinician who is proud to be part of City of Hope because of its commitments to both excellent care and offering innovative new treatments.
