Monique White-Dominguez, DO, serves as an associate clinical professor in the Division of Hospital Medicine at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte, where she works closely with patients diagnosed with a wide range of cancer types.
Dr. White-Dominguez completed her undergraduate studies in biology at the University of California, San Diego, before pursuing her medical degree at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, where she graduated with Sigma Sigma Phi honors. She then completed her postgraduate medical training with both an internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. White-Dominguez has received multiple academic awards and scholarships, including the Louise Kramer Scholarship Award and the American Osteopathic Association Touch Award. Her peer-reviewed research examines health perceptions among African-American women as well as obstructive sleep apnea in patients with chronic kidney disease.
