About Me

Lalit H. Vora, M.D., is a diagnostic radiologist who has practiced at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte since 1993. Drawn to medicine for its power to help others and the personal fulfillment it brings, Dr. Vora continues to be inspired by the compassion and teamwork he sees every day. “Here, people are courteous, dedicated and remarkably helpful.”

Dr. Vora is especially proud of developing a needle biopsy program for breast, neck and thyroid lesions that is highly accurate and virtually painless. He is also committed to continuously improving imaging techniques and equipment and frequently lectures on advancements in diagnostic imaging.

Educated in Mumbai, India, Dr. Vora completed his internship at Mercer Hospital in Trenton, New Jersey, followed by a residency at The Ohio State University and a radiology fellowship at St. Michael’s Hospital, University of Toronto.
