“I am proud to play a part of the integrated team of doctors and other care providers at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA),” says radiologist John Dennis. “Every day I strive to provide the best care to my patients.”

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in zoology from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. John Dennis attended Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he obtained his doctorate in osteopathic medicine. He followed with a rotating internship and a residency in radiology, both at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and affiliated hospitals. He completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine at Michael Reese Medical Center, also in Chicago, and in neuroradiology at Harper Hospital–Detroit Medical Center, in Michigan.

Dr. Dennis joined Flint Osteopathic Hospital, in Flint, Michigan, in 1984, serving as staff radiologist and associate clinical professor of radiology. In 1985, he moved to Tulsa Regional Medical Center and Oklahoma State University, where he was a staff radiologist, associate professor of radiology, director of magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography, and chairman of the department of radiology.

Dr. Dennis is board certified in radiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Radiology, the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, the Radiology Society of North America, the Northeast Oklahoma Society of Radiology, and the Tulsa District Osteopathic Society.

Patient Ratings
Star ratings and comments are only available for medical, radiation and gynecologic oncologists. Gynecologic surgical offerings are not included at this time due to a different survey tool required to evaluate these services. CTCA uses a validated Press Ganey® survey, which captures patient experience feedback for the primary oncology services of chemotherapy and radiation therapy at our comprehensive care and research centers. Following industry best practice, star ratings and comments are only published for physicians with a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys.
