2011–2015, Diagnostic Radiology, University of Washington, Seattle, WA
Gabriel Fine, M.D., is an associate professor of diagnostic radiology at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte, where he specializes in theranostics and nuclear medicine. He couples expertise in minimally invasive radiological techniques with personalized care — offering patients the power of precision diagnostic imaging and therapies to detect and treat cancer.
Inspired by people around him who devoted their lives to helping others, Dr. Fine chose a path in medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, then completed a diagnostic radiology residency at the same institution, followed by an interventional radiology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Triple board-certified in diagnostic, interventional and nuclear radiology, Dr. Fine has co-authored over a dozen scientific publications and has been honored with a Sarnoff Cardiovascular Research Foundation Fellowship and membership in the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society.
In addition to his medical work, Dr. Fine made a deeply personal contribution by anonymously donating stem cells — helping save the lives of two leukemia patients.
