Firoozeh Sahebi, M.D., is a board-certified hematologist who specializes in bone marrow transplant and cancer cellular immunotherapy. She is also a valued member of the City of Hope®/Kaiser Bone Marrow Transplantation team.
Dr. Sahebi earned her medical degree from Tehran University, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Nassau County Medical Center in New York. She then completed fellowships in hematology and oncology at Columbia University and UCLA Medical Center.
Actively involved in advancing the field, Dr. Sahebi serves on multiple committees at City of Hope and Southern California Kaiser Permanente. She has published in leading peer-reviewed journals and shared her research at national and international conferences, including the American Society of Hematology and the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, practicing yoga and participating in her book club.
