Pathologist
Drawn to the challenge of piecing together information to reveal the larger picture using diagnostics, research and clinical trials, Dr. Sadimin finds that her work in urological pathology and pathology informatics perfectly blends her interests in medicine, technology and problem-solving. Through collaboration with physicians and scientists at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte and institutions worldwide, she helps advance quality of care and outcomes for cancer patients.
Dr. Sadimin earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Sewell. She completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, where she also served as chief resident and received fellowship training in pathology informatics. She went on to complete a fellowship in urological pathology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
In her role at City of Hope, Dr. Sadimin is helping drive the digital transformation of pathology by leveraging image analysis and artificial intelligence. As a member of the urologic oncology team, her clinical focus includes cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testicles, penis, urethra and adrenal gland.
