An accomplished scholar from a young age, Caitlin Gomez, M.D., has always set high standards for herself while striving to improve the lives of those she serves. 

With dual expertise in medicine and electrical engineering, Dr. Gomez brings a distinctive, technology-driven approach to her role as a radiation oncologist at City of Hope^® Santa Clarita, where she treats patients with a wide range of cancer types and stages. Dr. Gomez is highly skilled in multiple radiation therapy techniques, including image-guided radiation therapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy. 

Dr. Gomez earned her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she also completed her residency in radiation oncology and was named chief resident. During her tenure, she led initiatives to enhance patient care and streamline communication through improved use of electronic medical records.
