Behrouz Salehian, M.D., has been caring for patients at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte since 2007, focusing on treating conditions such as type 1 diabetes, thyroid cancer and tumors of the endocrine system, including pituitary and neuroendocrine gland cancer. He also serves as co-director of the Thyroid Cancer Program at City of Hope.
Dr. Salehian is board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism, as well as internal medicine, in both the United States and Iran. His training includes a prestigious fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and male reproductive health at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in California, supported by a National Institutes of Health Fellowship Training Award, and multiple years at the Department of Medicine of Charles R. Drew University in Willowbrook, California.
