Chief Operating Officer, Arizona Market
Jeffrey Siupik, MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), part of City of Hope®, in the Arizona Market. In this role, Siupik leads all operations of the CTCA Phoenix hospital, with a primary focus on radiation therapy, clinic and outpatient services. Equipped with a broad understanding of the local market opportunities and complexities, Siupik plays an essential role as COO in continuing the growth of CTCA in the Phoenix market.
Since joining CTCA in 2022, Siupik has overseen the day-to-day operations of our Phoenix-area Outpatient Care Clinics, radiation department and hospital outpatient services, driving operational excellence and optimal processes.
Prior to joining CTCA, Siupik served key functions at Arizona Oncology for over 21 years as the Director of Radiation, Imaging and Practice Development. During this time, he developed and opened the practice’s first radiation oncology site in Phoenix while assisting the acquisition of a large urology practice. Siupik also played an instrumental role in the acquisition of four radiation oncology practices and the building of four new cancer centers.
Siupik earned his bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy technology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.
