VP, Patient Care Services, and Chief Nursing Officer, Illinois Market
Angelina Fakhoury-Siverts, MSN, RN, serves as Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), Chicago, part of City of Hope. Fakhoury-Siverts leads, manages and oversees all nursing functions and patient care services while empowering and coaching others to achieve personal and organizational goals. She also collaborates on the vision and strategy for nursing and clinical services.
Prior to joining CTCA®, Fakhoury-Siverts amassed 11 years of experience in nursing leadership through her roles as the Manager of Clinical Operations at Advocate Condell Medical Center and Director of Inpatient Nursing and Emergency Department at Loyola Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. In these roles, she was tasked with strengthening safety, quality and service and was able to reduce nursing turnover, improve emergency inpatient admit time and patient safety issues while also overseeing hospital and nursing operations, the patient throughput and staffing efficiencies.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Niehoff School of Nursing at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, Fakhoury-Siverts earned her Master of Science in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. In 2022, the American Nurses Association of Illinois (Illinois Nurses Foundation) recognized Angelina as a 40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leader of Illinois to honor her strengths in hospital operations and leadership.
Outside of CTCA, Fakhoury-Siverts enjoys spending her free time with her husband watching their seven children play volleyball, soccer, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, football and basketball. An avid Ed Sheeran fan who was tapped by her high school football team (Go, Eagles!) as its first female kicker, Fakhoury-Siverts is a self-professed sports fanatic who also served on the Loyola University Women’s soccer team.
