We want to assure you that your existing care remains unchanged. At City of Hope, our absolute commitment to your patient experience is the leading force behind our transformation, as we bring City of Hope’s special patient experience and ground-breaking research and treatment to communities nationwide.

Q: Will my doctor and/or care team change?

A: There will be no change to patient care, care locations, or how you and your family engage with your dedicated care and support teams. Your team will continue to support you throughout your cancer journey.

Q: Will I continue to receive the Mother Standard® of care?

A: At City of Hope, we put patients at the center of everything we do. Treating our patients as we would treat our family is ingrained in our patient experience standards, and that will never change.

Q: Will there be any impact to accepted insurance plans, billing, scheduled appointments or travel arrangements?

A: We want to assure you that your existing care remains unchanged. There are no changes to patient care, including accepted insurance, billing, scheduled appointments or travel arrangements.

Q: Will I have access to other City of Hope services and sites?

A: There will be no change to your patient care, care locations, or how you and your family engage with your dedicated care and support teams. We will provide updates on any potential changes or opportunities to access other City of Hope sites and services as they become available.
