Medical Oncologist (GU)

CTCA Atlanta is seeking a Medical Oncologist with experience in Genitourinary Oncology.

The Medical Oncologist will assess 10 to 15 patients per day, practicing alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists to deliver patient-focused care. Responsibilities will include assisting in the development of new programs and clinical services, providing training to technical staff as needed, and participating in clinical research and design.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • MD, DO, or foreign degree equivalent
  • Board certification/eligibility in Medical Oncology
  • Fellowship training in medical oncology
  • Eligibility for Georgia medical licensure

Hematologic Malignancies and Stem Cell Transplant Institute Director

Location: Atlanta, GA

Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) is seeking an experienced BC/BE Hematologist to lead multi-disciplinary specialized care for patients with all types of blood cancers including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplasia and aplastic anemia at all five CTCA sites. This position will also include hematopoietic stem cell transplant for adults, innovative clinical research trials and implementation of novel therapeutic strategies. CTCA is a single-specialty, tertiary hospital system providing a comprehensive, fully integrative approach to cancer care.

Our hematologic oncologists have the support of advanced practitioners, a social worker, a transplant coordinator, a nurse navigator, and specialized inpatient/outpatient nursing with access to an onsite infusion center, blood bank, and stem cell lab. Responsibilities include coverage of an inpatient unit and consultation on admitted hematologic malignancy patients. There are opportunities for clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have experience with the care of autologous and allogeneic transplant patients, cryopreservation and apheresis knowledge. An academic background and publications in the field of hematologic malignancies is also required.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Specialty training in stem cell transplantation
  • Experience with stem cell processing, apheresis, treatment of acute leukemia
  • Experience seeking FACT accreditation

Palliative Medicine Physician

CTCA Phoenix is seeking a Palliative Medicine physician to provide inpatient and outpatient consultation services to oncology patients collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to establish a written plan of care. Our Palliative Medicine physicians participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to review active cases and educate staff as needed. This is a full-time hospital-based practice opportunity.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • MD, DO, or foreign degree equivalent
  • Board certification/eligibility in hospice/palliative medicine
  • Eligibility for Arizona medical licensure
  • Experience in inpatient setting preferred
