Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) at Midwestern Regional Medical Center (Midwestern) in Zion, Illinois, recognizes that urologic cancer is complex. Urologists at our cancer center near Chicago diagnose and treat diseases of the male and female urinary tract system and the male reproductive organs. They help our patients navigate the many implications that kidney, bladder, prostate and testicular cancer may have on their quality of life and normal body functions.

Sutchin Patel, MD, FACS, is one of the urologists working closely with patients at CTCA® at Midwestern. Board certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Patel joined CTCA in 2011. He has published papers in numerous urologic journals and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Patel’s experience in urologic and reproductive cancers has prepared him to treat many types of malignant diseases.

Prior to recommending treatment options, the urologists at our cancer center near Chicago will review patients’ records, inquire about their medical history and order additional tests, if necessary. This information helps the urologist determine the origin and stage of the patient’s cancer. Our urology department offers leading-edge treatments, including radiation, surgery and chemotherapy, delivered by experts who treat only cancer. Your integrative team of urologic cancer experts will answer your questions and recommend treatment options based on your individual diagnosis and needs.

In keeping with the CTCA whole-patient care model, our urologists routinely work with other doctors and clinicians on the patient’s care team.
