Ingredients
- 2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- ½ cup almonds
- ⅔ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tb. cinnamon
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup organic almond butter
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (optional)
- ½ cup applesauce
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Press the mixture into a lined and oiled sheet pan.
- Freeze until firm, or overnight, before cutting into bars.
- Keep refrigerated.
