Ingredients
- 1½ tsp. minced ginger root
- 1 cup chopped kale
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ cup peeled and shredded beets
- ¼ cup red cabbage
- ½ cup turnip greens
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup parsley
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup water

Directions
- Wash and dry fresh produce. Peel and mince ginger. Chop kale and cucumber, peel and chop beets. Slice red cabbage and turnip greens.
- Combine ingredients in blender and pulse until mixture has a smooth and pourable consistency.
