Mark Kharoufeh, RN, BSN is the Assistant Vice President of Nursing at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Western Regional Medical Center (Western). He oversees several departments, including Quality and Centers of Excellence, Clinical Informatics, Cardiopulmonary and Endoscopic Services, Inpatient Services, Infusion Services, Education, Innovation, Wound Care, Cancer Registry and Surgical Services.
At Western, Mr. Kharoufeh has served in roles as Director of Nursing Clinical Services, Director of Infusion, Inpatient and Surgical Services, and Manager of Infusion Services. Prior to joining Western in 2009, he served as a pediatric intensive care nurse and nurse manager at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Mr. Kharoufeh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix. He is currently working on a Masters in Healthcare Administration degree at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
He is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the Phoenix Oncology Nursing Society.
