Jaclynne (Jaci) Gilfillan Brown
Jaclynne (Jaci) Gilfillan Brown is the Assistant Vice President of New Market Development at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Western Regional Medical Center (Western). In this role, Ms. Brown identifies new, external growth opportunities for potential entry into new markets.
Since joining CTCA in 2009, Ms. Brown has contributed to the success of our 13-state key market development, served as an enterprise-wide lead for one of the first entries into the physician referral market, and launched Western’s nurture marketing efforts focused on developing key relationships with employers.
Prior to joining CTCA, Ms. Brown worked in Washington, D.C., where she developed over 20 years of extensive experience in strategy development. Working in the White House for our 41st President, Ms. Brown served as a special assistant to the Council on Competitiveness. She also served four years in the United States Department of Education for the Secretary of Education, and held a senior leadership position at FreedomWorks, where she led national and state political public policy campaigns.
Ms. Brown holds a master’s degree from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University. She and her husband John are the proud parents of three incredible children. Ms. Brown, originally from metro Washington, D.C., enjoys free time with her family and friends, traveling, running and watching her children play sports.
