Dee Emon

Vice President of Patient Care Services
Dee Emon is Vice President of Patient Care Services at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Western Regional Medical Center. She is responsible for the implementation of programs and services that provide supportive care to CTCA patients.
Ms. Emon attended nursing school at the University of Wisconsin OskKosh, where she received a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She earned a Master of Science degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. She has held a number of critical clinical management positions, including Practice Manager of the Department of Pediatrics at Marshfield Clinic Wausau Center, Director of Surgical and Oncology Care at Aspirus Wausau Hospital and Director of Nursing and Vice President of Patient Care Services at Ministry Health Care. Prior to joining CTCA in November 2011, Ms. Emon served as a Chief Nursing Officer for Paradise Valley Hospital.
Among her many professional accomplishments, Ms. Emon established and implemented all inpatient clinical departments/programs in the first all-digital hospital in the state of Wisconsin, as well as led Paradise Valley Hospital to be ranked as the no. 1 acute care hospital in 2011. She maintains her nursing executive board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms. Emon also holds memberships in the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
