Charles Ribbe

Charles (Chuck) Ribbe, CPA is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Western Regional Medical Center. He has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO/Controller in hospital and physician practice operations. Mr. Ribbe’s expertise in start-up operations and accounting system implementation led him to CTCA as the Vice President of Finance. Mr. Ribbe has worked for several major medical institutions in the Phoenix metropolitan area during the past 30 years. These include Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital, Premier Hospice & Palliative Care, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Foundation and Mountain Park Health Center. Mr. Ribbe began his financial career at Phoenix Memorial Hospital, where he held roles as staff accountant, cost accountant and internal auditor.
Mr. Ribbe graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration. He received certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1985.
Mr. Ribbe is currently a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, Arizona Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a member of Valley Leadership’s Class 33. Mr. Ribbe has served on several Boards of Directors including as a Board Member of the Valley of the Sun YMCA, Board President of United Food Bank, Board President of South Mountain YMCA and Chairperson of the Financial Officers Group of the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers.
