Kristin Stiles Green, ND: Often times prostate cancer patients have side effects from their conventional medical treatments. Such as hot flashes, or urinary issues and we can work with these patients to reduce those side effects with different types of botanicals that we have that help to stabilize the blood vessels to reduce hot flashes and botanicals that can really help with decreasing irritation to the bladder lining that can occur with treatments such as radiation. So patients who have urinary frequency, pain with urination, we have a lot of therapies we can employ including herbals and homeopathetic medicines that make a significant impact on reducing those symptoms and getting the patients through the therapy comfortably.

At CTCA, we treat individuals with a variety of cancer types. However, all of our survivors are not on film. If you don't see a survivor with the cancer type you're looking for, it only means we do not have a video at this time.
