ABC Reports on Western Wii™ Tennis Tournament
To prepare for a tennis tournament against the pros, Western Regional Medical Center held a Nintendo® Wii™ tennis tournament for patients.
"What they are doing here is incredible, I am so glad that professional athletes are being aware of this and I'm so happy they are here for the cause," says CTCA cancer patient Lilian Diaz.

Woman news reporter: A cancer center in Goodyear serving up a good time with a Wii tennis tournament. Patients at Cancer Treatment Centers of America got some practice today, and tomorrow they’ll compete in a tournament against six tennis pros. Patients say the video game is a great way to stay active and keep their minds off the disease.
Lilian Diaz: What their doing here is incredible. I’m so glad that other athletes, professional athletes are being aware of this and I’m so glad that their here for the cause.
