Dr. Leon Yoder: The symptoms of stomach cancer are very subtle. Meaning that, at first, you may not even know you have any problem. It may be coming on just like a simple stomach pain, saying that I ate something bad and it'll go away. But oftentimes, with stomach cancer, it doesn't go away. The symptoms of pain in your stomach will continue. And you take antacids or you may take something to alleviate the acid in your stomach. It may relieve it for a little bit but it comes right back.
