Dr. Simeon Jaggernauth: Colon cancer has multiple agents available which directly target the tumor. We have agents such as Avastin®, which targets the blood vessel growth in colon cancer. We have agents called Erbitux®, which also target the switches on the tumors themselves to turn off and cause these tumors to go into what's called “apoptosis” or death mode.

At CTCA, we treat individuals with a variety of cancer types. However, all of our survivors are not on film. If you don't see a survivor with the cancer type you're looking for, it only means we do not have a video at this time.
