Anthony Perre: Certainly the patient empowerment model of care defiantly, it fosters the relationship among of the care providers. So that we can discuss all the aspects of care of a patient and address all of them together.
Rudolph Willis: You know that the individuals involved in that team all have one purpose in mind, and again it’s the focus on the well-bring of that patient.
Maria Watson: You’ve got a team of people that communicate on a regular basis with each other. So, you can call and get information. If one person’s not available then you can speak to someone else, and that’s the beauty of having a team of people that communicate with each other is if you need to get to someone quickly and their not available then you can speak to someone else and get the information through to them and get information back from them. They call you to ask you how you are doesn’t have to be for any particular reason they just call you out of the blue, see how you’re doing and I find that just like just find it like a refreshing breath of air. I feel like their my friends, I feel like their my family. I spend a lot of time with them. Their wonderful, wonderful people. They’re my heroes.
