Sarcoma symptoms

Sarcoma symptoms vary according to the specific type of cancer, the size and location of the tumor, and other factors. Because soft tissue is very elastic, soft tissue sarcomas may not produce many symptoms in the early stages. As the disease progresses, symptoms of soft tissue sarcoma may include the following: a lump or swelling anywhere on the body, pain (e.g., in the abdomen), soreness, and blood in the stool or vomit. Symptoms of bone cancer may include the following: bone pain, swelling, tenderness, fatigue, unexplained weight loss and bone weakness resulting in fractures. Because sarcoma symptoms could be related to a variety of other conditions, a medical professional should be consulted for an accurate diagnosis.
