Survivorship Support
Designed especially for our patients and their loved ones, the Survivorship Support Program at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) will help you take care of the many important, medical and non-medical, aspects of your care.
Survivorship Support will help you to focus on your quality of life when your treatment is complete. The program will also provide research-based information regarding age appropriate health screenings.
Whether you are at one of our cancer hospitals, or at home in between visits, we're here to help. In addition to the links you'll find here, members of your care team are readily available to you and are only a phone call away.
