Other equipment includes a dumbbell rack with free weights ranging from five pounds to 50 pounds, a dual-pulley machine and other weight-training machines.
Support from your care team
Throughout your cancer treatment, your oncology rehabilitation therapist can help you use the Fitness Center to reach your personal fitness goals, as part of the department's Motion for Life Program. In addition, your nutritionist and naturopathic clinician can provide hydration tips, healthy-eating plans and supplements that you may consider before and after working out.
