While you’ll be happy to know that we are located in an easy to reach part of Tulsa, Oklahoma, you’ll be even happier to know our transportation staff will get you around town. If you are flying to and from Tulsa, we’ll pick you up at the airport and take you back when you’re ready to return home.

By Airplane
If you and your family are arriving by plane, a CTCA representative will meet you at the arrival gate. He or she will be holding a sign with your name on it and wearing a CTCA nametag. If you would like to use a wheelchair to get from the gate to the car, simply notify us ahead of time, and our representative will bring one to the gate.
By Car
When you arrive at CTCA (at 81st Street and Highway 169), you'll see signs for patient parking. You can enter the building at the main entrance and check in at the front desk.
Travel Policy
CTCA offers, to those who qualify, free roundtrip airline tickets and transportation to and from the airport and the hospital. If you qualify for the Patient Travel Program but prefer to drive, we will reimburse you for the miles. Please note: If you are a beneficiary of a government health insurance program, such as Medicare, CTCA is not permitted to provide these travel benefits.
