The integrative approach to cancer treatment is what ultimately attracted Dr. Sagun Shrestha to Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA). Dr. Shrestha was eager to work with a team of established physicians and complementary medicine practitioners. They work collaboratively to find the best treatment options available for each patient.
Prior to joining CTCA, Dr. Shrestha was the Chief Fellow in the division of Hematology-Oncology at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She was also the Chief Medical Resident at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Shrestha, who is board certified, received her medical education at the Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India.
