Dr. Doug Kelly, a board-certified radiation oncologist, provides leading-edge radiation treatment to patients fighting cancers such as prostate, breast and lung cancer at our hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A longtime member of our radiation therapy team, Dr. Kelly is proud to provide personalized care, advanced treatment options and hope to patients. He empowers his patients to help make decisions about their treatment.

Dr. Kelly’s areas of expertise include intensity modulated radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and MammoSite®.

As Medical Director of Research, Dr. Kelly partners with our physicians and Research Department to develop clinical trials. He strives to expand our access to innovative clinical trials that can provide more options to our patients.

Dr. Kelly is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He earned a medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. He completed an internship at Ottawa General Hospital and Ottawa Civic Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario, followed by a radiation oncology residency at Ottawa Regional Cancer Center. He also served as Chief Resident. Additionally, Dr. Kelly completed an interstitial and intracavitary brachytherapy fellowship at the University of Ottawa.

Dr. Kelly has authored and served as principal investigator for multiple research protocols. He has also presented on several radiation therapy topics at national conferences. He is a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology and the American Brachytherapy Society.

Dr. Kelly has two teenage daughters and a young son. He is an avid cyclist with a passion for black and white photography. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and blogging, as well as researching ideas and new innovations.
