Daniel Lander, a naturopathic practitioner at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Southwestern Regional Medical Center, is committed to holistic, or whole-person, patient care.
Lander earned a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. While there, he organized the fifth annual Men’s Health Awareness Week for the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Lander has had advanced training in classical homeopathic medicine. He has also been a natural health products and nutritional consultant; and has helped organize fundraising events to supply supplements to low-income patients.
Lander earned his bachelor’s degree (with honors) in nutritional and nutraceutical sciences from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
Lander joined the Naturopathic Medicine Department at CTCA at Southwestern Regional Medical Center in 2006. He is currently completing a two-year naturopathic residency program at Southwestern, which includes specialized training in the field of naturopathic oncology in an integrative medical setting.
