As a volunteer, you'll play an important and valued role in restoring healing and hope in the lives of our patients.
Volunteer assignments exist in clinical and nonclinical areas of the hospital. We'll help you find the position that best matches your skills. There are a number of opportunities to interact with patients and caregivers through traditional, hospital services. In addition, there are opportunities to work behind the scenes, supporting hospital departments.

Program requirements
- Completed application process (includes written application with medical history, background and reference checks)
- Yearly tuberculosis test
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must make a time commitment of at least 4 to 6 hours of volunteer service each week for a 12-month period
- Volunteer services and departmental interview
- Orientation, as well as specific hospital and departmental training
- Conform to uniform and dress standards
