Jay Foley

Vice President of Oncology Patient Services
John “Jay” Foley is Vice President of Oncology Patient Services for Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Southwestern Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Foley joined CTCA in June 2010 as Vice President of Marketing and Patient Experience. Prior to joining CTCA, Mr. Foley had an extensive career in the travel industry, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Mr. Foley also served in the Alaska Army National Guard as an airborne medic assigned to a long-range reconnaissance unit. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Saint Michael’s College, as well as an executive master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Foley serves as Chair of the Board of Saint Edmund’s Retreat in Mystic, Connecticut, and is also a board member for the Friends of the Fairgrounds in Tulsa. Mr. Foley and his wife, Nita, have four children. He enjoys traveling with family, playing golf, working on home improvement projects, and being an avid sports fan.
