Darin Bunch, M.T.C.M, L.Ac is a psychologist and acupuncturist at Seattle Cancer Treatment & Wellness Center.

Bunch earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Seattle University. He then attended the renowned Northwest Institute of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, where he earned the degree of Master Traditional Chinese Medicine (M.T.C.M.). This is equivalent to earning master’s degrees in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Bunch has studied and practiced complementary and alternative therapies for more than a decade, including meditation, Qigong, and Taiji Chuan. He is certified as a Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Bunch has lectured at the University of Washington Medical School, Gilda’s Club, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and numerous public and professional conferences. Some of the topics of interest include: managing cancer with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, the integration of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in Western oncology, and the role of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in healing and health.

In addition, Bunch has taught student interns from Bastyr University and the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. He has also written articles for local and national newsletters.
