Stephen Ray, M.D. is board-certified in both plastic and reconstructive surgery and acupuncture. Dr. Ray has seen first hand the empowering effects on patients of combining conventional treatments with complementary therapies.
Prior to joining CTCA, Dr. Ray ran private practices in both acupuncture and plastic and reconstructive surgery. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical School, where he also completed his residency.
Dr. Ray is excited about the options that are available to CTCA patients in plastic and reconstructive surgery and medical acupuncture. These options are significantly improving the quality of life for people living with cancer. Dr. Ray is currently developing articles on the uses of medical acupuncture.
