Bio
Steve Mackin is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Southwestern Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
With a deep understanding of the organization’s Mission, Vision and Values, Mr. Mackin has been with CTCA for nearly 10 years. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Mr. Mackin has held various executive positions at Southwestern, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Ancillary Services, and Assistant Vice President of Oncology Patient Services.
Under Mr. Mackin’s leadership, the hospital has grown a remarkable physician staff and a number of talented new stakeholders. In addition, Mr. Mackin has implemented changes in core processes, which have enabled CTCA to grow comfortably as an organization and, most importantly, enhanced the level of service to those who comes first—our patients.
Prior to coming to Southwestern, Mr. Mackin served in various roles at the other CTCA locations, including a position at the corporate office as Marketing Manager. Mr. Mackin earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma and an undergraduate degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
