Quote
“We differentiate ourselves with our technology, our quality of service, our staffing, and the delivery time of our service so that a patient is willing to come from anywhere in the world to see us. For example, I just recruited a doctor with a stellar resume, but none of that made any difference. It’s a given he would be best in class, but what I wanted to know was, would I want him to take care of my mother? So, I had some of our patients interview him to make sure he had the right mentality. We treat every patient here as though they were a family member, and that makes all the difference.”
