Cecilia Taylor, MBA joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) at Midwestern Regional Medical Center (Midwestern) in 2003 as Controller, and now serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the hospital.
As a key member of executive leadership, Mrs. Taylor plays a critical strategic role in the overall management of the hospital, with direct oversight of Patient Access, Financial Counseling and Advocacy, Health Information Management, Cancer Registry, Utilization Review and Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), Finance, Materials Management, Pharmacy, Construction and Facility, Operational Planning, Lean Six Sigma, New Services Development and Stem Cell. She also has been instrumental in the development and management of the Hospitalist program at Midwestern.
Mrs. Taylor earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a member of many professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Institute of Management Accountants. She is also a member of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer, a group of executives dedicated to raising awareness about how to stay well, get well, find cures and fight back against cancer.
