Since 1997, Dr. Robert Levin has served as Chief of Medical Oncology at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Midwestern Regional Medical Center. In discussing what distinguishes CTCA from other hospitals that provide cancer treatment, Dr. Levin points to the integral role that patients’ family members play at CTCA.

Dr. Levin is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He has been on the medical staff at several prominent Chicago area hospitals. A graduate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago, he completed his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. While there, he also completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Levin now resides in Highland Park, Illinois. He is married with two sons, which he feels are three more reasons to believe in the incredible power of family.
